Vaccinated Outside Alberta?
Any Albertan who has received a COVID-19 immunization outside of the province, or outside of the country, can upload their immunizations for review and verification, to then be added to MyHealth Records.
Out-of-province and out-of-country immunization records can be submitted on behalf of yourself or your child / youth under 18 years. (Alberta Health Services)
